SUSTAIN Pro ran a campaign to promote youth and women’s leadership in sugarcane cooperatives across Kilombero, Tanzania. In partnership with Ifakara Town Council, Kilombero Sugar Company, and local gender officers. The video features powerful interviews with newly elected youth and women board members, who share their personal journeys, the barriers they overcame, and their hopes for driving inclusive, responsive cooperative governance.
