The ReSea project conducts a learning exchange visit in Tanzania
Project Overview
Under RESEA project, a regional peer-to-peer learning exchange took place in Tanzania from end of June to early July bringing together LMMAs community representatives and conservation practitioners from Kenya, Comoros, and Tanzania.

This initiative integrates activities championing blue planet, blue nature and blue people of the project and focuses on enhancing collaboration and capacity among women and youth involved in the blue economy, marine restoration, and Nature-based Solutions (NbS). Participants, including members of Marine Protected Areas (MPAs) and Locally Managed Marine Areas (LMMAs), visited key sites in Tanga and Pemba Island to learn from successful community-led conservation and livelihood initiatives.
